| Sale Terms: Prices are in Canadian funds and Canadian buyers must pay GST. We accept cash, money order and certified cheque. Any horses for sale are healthy and sound to the best of our knowledge unless otherwise stated. Vet checks are welcome at your own expense. Payments are accepted on foals only. We require a deposit of 50% to mark your foal as sold. Deposits are non-refundable unless your foal gets injured or dies before pick up. You can continue to make payments on your foal up until two weeks before weaning in the Fall. Horses must be "paid in full" before leaving the ranch. Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Golden Creek Ranch, Ernie Symington and/or Kelly Heinrich are not responsible for any horse once it leaves the ranch.
